How much do you charge?

I currently charge $250 per hour and require a $100 deposit for 1/2 day appointments and $200 for full day appointments!

Half day appointments can expect the cost to most likely be between $250 (my minimum) and $750 depending on the size, complexity, and location of the tattoo.

Full day appointments will start at a minimum of $750 and will go up from there. Meaning : if you book a full day to sit for a 3+ hour session and only manage to sit for 2, you’ll still owe $750 for booking the whole day. Soooooo be physically and mentally prepared for a long, painful day if you plan on securing a full day session!

What is your deposit policy?

Your deposit is used as a little token to save your spot in my schedule and as a way to ensure you don’t blow me off, because deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your deposit will also be used as a fee for the time I spend drawing your precious tattoo.

This is something tattooers have never really charged for, but can sometimes be the hardest and most stressful part of the appointment. (It is for me!) I realize after doing this for over a decade that this is a huge part of my day that I’ve never gotten paid for. So! That’s why the deposits will now be used as a drawing fee!

I appreciate your understanding and support so so much!

Does this mean I will send you sketches of the tattoo beforehand? Negative. Unless you are getting a back piece or another very very large tattoo, I will not send any sketches before your appointment…because there won’t be any sketches until the day of anyway. ;)

Does this mean I will still be drawing on my iPad when you arrive for your appointment? Most likely! I prefer face to face interactions throughout the drawing process, because it means we can chat back and forth without any confusion or misunderstandings!

Does this mean that you have no say in the final outcome of your design? Absolutely not! When I show you the design the day of your appointment, I will gladly make any changes that you see fit until you are absolutely stoked! I pinky promise that making changes is not a big deal and something I do not take personally!

This is the process that works best for me, my time, and my work-life balance! I appreciate your trust and patience more than you know!

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Okay, so this is a tough subject because I know as humans, shit happens and sometimes you can’t swing your appointment. You get sick, you have an unexpected bill, a family emergency - I completely understand that those situations can be out of your control and it totally sucks, BUT tattooing is my JOB. It is my passion and I love it, but it is also my JOB.

It’s how I pay my bills, pay for my home, my food, etc. Therefore, I have decided to become more strict with my cancellation and deposit policy:

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

A cancellation or reschedule of ANY kind will require a new deposit.

I know it seems strict, but I’ve definitely been having folks take advantage of my lenient rules, so I just gotta lay down the law a little bit.

I hope you understand and I hope this doesn’t affect your desire to work with me as your tattooer, but it’s what I need to do to secure my income as a professional artist.

When will your books open again?
